I'm sitting in Washington DC, writing this blog post. We don't usually write about the weather, but this is a special occasion. It's rained the entire week, Monday-Friday, nonstop downpours. It's come to the point that where, when it's just drizzling, it feels like the rain has stopped. I have never seen anything like this--usually rain comes, and then it goes. For the last week, the rain has just forgotten to exit, stage left.

If you don't live in DC, then here's a little video that kind of captures the experience.
