It looks like Riots ain't just a pastime in Egypt, either.

We actually came out with our Denial ain't just a river in Egypt t-shirt 3 months ago, but I guess we were waiting for the right time to unleash it to the masses.  Now seems like that perfect time.

We're coming out with a whole line of Middle Eastern/Arab revolution t-shirts. We're big supporters--we want all people to be free.

Today was a day of a Million Ideas, which coincided with Egypt's Million man march.  We sat down with pens, (scrap) paper, and loads of ideas to brainstorm.  We did a brain dump and everything was on the table--from branding to designing to sales channels.

Cellphones were turned off, emails were left to linger, and orders went unfulfilled. We reviewed policies and came up with best practices.

We resolved to focus on new marketing ideas, new styles, and new distribution channels.  We'll keep you posted on implementations and themes we discussed.  

As the original gangsters/rioters, us Terps have a lot to offer these Egyptians.  We could do some cultural exchanges--they can show us how to build pyramids, we'll show them how to riot properly.

Which brings me to my next point--Obama and the state department have shown tacit approval for these riots, while still supporting Mubarak.  I hope that Gary Williams and the UMD administration are taking notes--you too can support and encourage our riots while maintaining a bit of distance from them.  That's the least they could do for us after we got the university national notoriety and features on ESPN.
