So Cyber Monday is officially over. What a hectic and great day. Our contest was received real well--thanks for loving it!

Promoting the first ever interactive "The shirt I'm wearing is $15" worked out well. We offered 5 shirts, some of the shirts had sayings on them, some were graphic shirts. Well we actually offered 10 shirts at that price (5 girls shirts and 5 guys shirts).

We're starting this holiday season off with an interactive bang. Instead of just offering awesome deals on Cyber Monday (November 30th), we're going to be doing some real innovative, interactive deals on our t-shirts.

On Cyber Monday, we're teaming up with Jason Sadler, from IwearYourshirt.com. Jason Sadler will wear Five Crooked Monkey t-shirts. When he's wearing that shirt, it will be on sale on CrookedMonkey.com for 45% off ($15, on sale from $24). He'll be wearing 5 shirts throughout the day. And you'll have to check his blog or twitter to see which shirt he's wearing, and which shirt is 45% off.

He'll be switching his shirt every three hours, and the shirt is only at that special price while he's wearing the shirt. He starts his day off at 9AM (an hour before Crooked Monkey opens our doors, but we'll wake up a little earlier in his honor). He'll put on his first shirt from 9-12PM, and then the rest of his schedule: 12-3, 3-6, 6-9, 9-12AM.

This might be the first ever interactive Sale. Also, as a bonus, any shirt he wears during the day will be 25% even when he's not wearing it.

Holiday shipping is always a bit stressful. Like Santa, we need to deliver on time, every time. But unlike Santa, we don't have thousands of elves working for us--just caring and loving interns.

Christmas has come early for Crooked Monkey. Nine days early. Today we shipped a record number of online orders, making sure that you guys will be able to give your t-shirts on time this holiday season. The most fun part of holiday shipping, is the gift-messages we get to write on behalf of our customers.

Its a fun exercise, as we hand write each letter, but are not allowed to correct or even question the messages posted. Most of the stuff is composed of indecipherable inside jokes, replete with LOLs and OMGs. And usually its just wishing someone a happy Kwanza or Ramadan.

But today we got an interesting one. The t-shirt purchased was Dead Man Walking, and the gift card read: "Will U plz marry me, ring 2 follow."

A bit impersonal, but we're happy to help in anyway we can. Sometimes, a t-shirt making fun of marriage is the best way to get someone to marry you. Playing hard to get--even up until the last second. I admire that.

Rock out with your Cock Out. Everyone says it; every t-shirt company has its own rendition. Ours is the only one that's truly unique.

It's taken us so long to produce this graphic, because we like to seperate ourselves from the "competition." We could've done a simple text based graphic, but we chose not to go down that road of unoriginality. That's a slippery slope and who knows what would've come next. Perhaps one of those super cool looking, super original Cowbell or Speaker City shirts. No No No. Never.

Here's the second of our new funny t-shirts for the holiday gift buying season. I think our description on the site really explains our reasoning best: 'Because it wouldn't be funny or ironic if we made a shirt that read 'I kissed a girl and I liked it.'"

Our t-shirt, Waking up is hard to do T-shirt, is based on the song "Cause breaking up is hard to do," so it was no surprise when we got an email from one of our customers the other day asking for our return policy.

She told us that she had purchased two Crooked monkey t-shirts and needed to return them because from the time she ordered the shirts until she received them, her relationship status on Facebook went from "In a relationship" to "single."

That's not the first time that happened. The same girl that wrote and composed "I got dumped for Obama" also got dumped 3 years ago. Her name is Rachel, and she bought our "I slid into third at rachel's bat mitzvah" t-shirt. And this was in the beginning days when we didn't keep stock. It took us about 4 weeks to ship it, and by then she had been dumped (for another girl) and canceled her order.
