My brother, Noam, starting producing music 2 years ago. The other week, he and my older brother went to NYC--home of Biggie and Jay Z--to pick up some turntables so he can start DJing and tear up the college scene. He's a freshmen at the University of Maryland.

Crooked Monkey has just launched an entire line of DJ shirts, inspired by Noam. They're doing phenomenally well and we'll post those graphic t-shirts real soon.

We're starting a new feature to this blog: Song of the week. DJ Shnooms will choose an awesome song so we can all add it to our library. This week's song, which Noam introduced me to a couple of years ago, is called "Party and Bullshit," a remix of a Notorious BIG song by Ratatat. Enjoy.

This is a pretty big election. Tomorrow we elect the new leader of our country at a pivotal time. I don't envy the next president, as he will have to deal with a deteriorating economy, global warming, and a nuclear Iran. It's not a position I would seek, and I do question their judgment for running in this election.
