Printfection helped invent swag management. Today it operates as Swag Pro, and its site footer reads "A Custom Ink Company"; Built In reported the acquisition in January 2022. The model is a monthly plan that unlocks the platform, warehousing and support.
That structure has limits worth knowing. According to Swag Pro's pricing page, the Standard plan caps storage at 5,000 pieces and 20 SKUs, with each extra SKU at $25 per month. Company stores, premium kits and fully custom items sit in the Enterprise plan.
So the switch usually starts with a question: are we paying for software, or for swag people actually want? When the answer leans toward the second, teams look for a partner instead of a plan.
